DELOCK RJ45 konektor samec na priamu montáž Cat.6A nechránený transparentný/čierny (91127)

The DELOCK RJ45 plug field-terminable Cat.6A unshielded transparent/black is a modular connector designed for on-site termination of unshielded twisted-pair (UTP) cables to meet Cat.6A performance requirements. This field-terminable plug allows network installers and technicians to create custom-length cables, perform repairs, or terminate cables where pre-molded connectors are not suitable. The transparent housing with black elements provides visual confirmation of pair alignment while the Cat.6A specification supports high-speed Ethernet networks up to 10 Gbps when used with compliant cabling.

Advantages

The field-terminable design eliminates the need for factory-molded connectors and enables fast, flexible cable assembly on site. A transparent housing helps verify correct wire positioning before termination, reducing rework. The plug is designed for unshielded twisted-pair cables and supports the electrical and mechanical characteristics required for Cat.6A installations, making it suitable for demanding, high-bandwidth applications. Its construction facilitates reliable contact and stable performance once properly crimped.

How to use

Prepare the UTP cable by stripping the outer jacket to expose the twisted pairs and untwist each pair to the required length following common wiring standards (T568A or T568B). Arrange the wires according to the chosen wiring scheme and insert them fully into the plug channels until they reach the end of the connector. Use an appropriate crimping or termination tool recommended for field-terminable RJ45 plugs to press the contacts into the conductor cores and secure the plug housing. Verify continuity and correct pairing with a cable tester before deploying the cable in a live network.

Recommendations

Use this plug only with unshielded twisted-pair cables matched to Cat.6A requirements; ensure wire pair alignment is confirmed visually through the transparent housing before crimping. Use a compatible termination tool and perform post-termination tests for continuity and performance to ensure reliable 10 Gbps operation where applicable.
