Digitálno-analógový prevodník (DAC) Texas Instruments DAC7611U SOIC-8 – jednokanálový presný DAC

The Texas Instruments DAC7611U is a single-channel digital-to-analog converter in an SOIC-8 surface-mount package designed for PCB integration where a compact precision DAC is required. It converts digital input codes into a proportional analog voltage output and is suitable for applications in signal generation, instrumentation, and control. The device supports standard DAC functionality and is intended for systems that require stable, repeatable voltage outputs from digital sources.

Advantages

The single-channel design simplifies PCB routing and reduces component count in systems that need one precision analog output. The SOIC-8 package allows for compact surface-mount placement compatible with automated assembly. The device provides predictable voltage output behavior across typical operating conditions and is compatible with common digital interfaces used in embedded and instrumentation circuits.

Suitable for

• Signal generation and waveform control in embedded systems
• Calibration and reference voltage sources for measurement equipment
• Analog control signals for industrial and laboratory instruments
• Prototype and compact PCB designs requiring a single precision DAC

Key specifications

• Single-channel digital-to-analog conversion providing a voltage output
• SOIC-8 surface-mount package for compact board footprint
• Designed for precision voltage output with stable, repeatable conversion
• Compatible with standard digital input interfaces used in embedded designs
• Intended for PCB-mounted applications in signal generation and instrumentation

How to use

Place the SOIC-8 device on the PCB following the manufacturer's recommended footprint and soldering guidelines for surface-mount components. Provide the appropriate power supply and reference connections as required by the DAC's electrical specifications and route the digital input lines from the controller or microprocessor. Use suitable analog filtering and buffering on the output if the application requires reduced noise or impedance matching. Observe layout best practices to minimize digital switching interference with the analog output.

Recommendations

For reliable performance, maintain proper decoupling on the power rails, keep analog and digital traces separated where possible, and consult the manufacturer's datasheet for detailed electrical limits, recommended operating conditions, and thermal considerations before finalizing the PCB design.
