DisplayPort kábel ShiverPeaks 8K 10 m — DisplayPort na DisplayPort, 10 metrov

The ShiverPeaks DisplayPort cable 8K 10m is a DisplayPort-to-DisplayPort video cable designed to transmit high-resolution video and audio over a 10 metre distance. It supports modern DisplayPort standards suitable for connecting monitors, graphics cards and AV devices where a longer cable run is required. The cable is intended for applications that demand reliable signal integrity for high-resolution content up to 8K, while providing the physical reach needed in desktop setups, conference rooms and home entertainment systems.

Advantages

This 10 m DisplayPort cable provides a single-cable solution for high-resolution video and multi-channel audio transmission. Its length offers flexibility for equipment placement without intermediate extenders, and compatibility with DisplayPort-equipped monitors and graphics cards ensures broad device support. The cable is appropriate for installations requiring sustained bandwidth for high-resolution content, minimizing the need for frequent reconnection or additional adapters.

Suitable for

• Connecting a PC or workstation to a distant monitor or projector
• Conference rooms and meeting spaces with centralized AV equipment
• Home theatre systems and long-reach desktop configurations
• Professional setups where 8K or high-refresh-rate displays are used

Key specifications

• Cable type: DisplayPort to DisplayPort
• Length: 10 metres
• Resolution support: up to 8K (depending on source and display capabilities)
• Signal: digital video and audio over DisplayPort interface
• Typical use: long-reach connections between graphics source and display

How to use

Connect one DisplayPort connector to the DisplayPort output on the graphics card or source device and the other connector to the DisplayPort input on the monitor or AV display. Ensure both devices are powered and set to the desired input source. Adjust display resolution and refresh rate in the source device's display settings to match the monitor's supported capabilities. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends or excessive tension to maintain signal integrity.

Recommendations

For optimal performance at the highest resolutions, verify that both source and display support the required DisplayPort version and bandwidth. If experiencing signal loss at long runs, check connector seating and device settings before adding repeaters or active extenders.
