DMX rozhranie EUROLITE USB/LAN-DMX 2x512ch (Model 51860117) — USB a Ethernet pripojenie pre ovládanie osvetlenia

The EUROLITE USB/LAN-DMX 2x512ch is a compact DMX interface that provides two universes of 512 channels each for controlling lighting fixtures, dimmers and other DMX512-compatible devices. Designed for integration with PC-based lighting control software, the unit supports connection via USB or Ethernet (LAN), allowing flexible placement in local setups or networked installations. The interface forwards DMX data from a computer to lighting equipment and supports common DMX workflows used in live events, theatres, clubs and fixed installations.

Advantages

The device offers two full DMX universes, enabling simultaneous control of up to 1024 channels from a single interface. Dual connection options—USB for direct single-computer use and Ethernet for networked distribution—simplify integration with existing infrastructure. The compact enclosure and standard connectors make installation straightforward while keeping rack or desktop footprint minimal. The unit is compatible with a wide range of PC-based lighting control software that supports DMX over USB or network protocols.

How to use

Connect the interface to a control computer using the USB cable for direct control or connect it to a LAN network using an Ethernet cable for distributed control. Install any required drivers or select the interface inside your lighting control software according to the software documentation. Patch fixtures in the control software to the desired DMX addresses and universes, then route the DMX outputs from the software to the device. Use standard DMX cabling to connect the interface outputs to lighting fixtures or DMX splitters as needed.

Recommendations

Place the interface in a well-ventilated area, keep network and USB cables secure to avoid accidental disconnection, and ensure matching DMX addressing between software and fixtures. For networked setups, verify IP configuration and software compatibility before live operation. Regularly check firmware or driver updates from the control software vendor to maintain stability and compatibility.
