Dokumentová mapa Elba Postmappe DIN A4 transparentná žltá s rohovými gumičkami

Elba Postmappe DIN A4 transparent yellow with corner fasteners is a slim document folder designed to store and protect A4 sheets while keeping content visible. The transparent yellow cover enables quick visual identification of documents without opening the folder. Built with corner fasteners, it secures loose pages and prevents them from slipping or creasing during handling and transport.

Advantages

The transparent cover offers immediate visibility of the first page while providing protection from dirt and light damage. Corner fasteners hold multiple loose sheets in place without puncturing or binding, allowing documents to lie flat. The folder’s lightweight construction makes it easy to carry and stack, and its durable material resists tearing and bending during everyday use.

Suitable for

• Office filing and short-term document transport
• School assignments, handouts and student portfolios
• Home paperwork such as invoices, receipts and manuals
• Presentations or meetings where quick access to single sheets is required

Key specifications

• Format: DIN A4, fits standard A4 sheets (210 × 297 mm)
• Cover: transparent yellow for easy content identification
• Closure: corner fasteners to secure loose pages
• Material: flexible, tear-resistant plastic
• Capacity: designed for a moderate stack of loose sheets held at corners
• Weight: lightweight for portable use and convenient storage

How to use

Insert A4 sheets under the corner fasteners so that the top-left or top-right corners of the pages are held securely. Close the folder and handle it by the edges to avoid creasing the contents. For easier access during meetings or classes, keep frequently used papers at the front under the transparent cover. When storing multiple folders, place them flat or upright on a shelf to maintain the folder shape and the integrity of the documents inside.

Recommendations

Use the folder for storing up to a moderate number of loose sheets; avoid overfilling to prevent stress on the corner fasteners. Keep away from high heat or open flame, and clean with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust and fingerprints from the transparent cover.
