How to use

Open the round ring mechanism by using the release at the ring head, insert punched A4 sheets onto the rings, then close the mechanism until it clicks to secure the pages. Label the spine or front cover if required for quick identification. To rearrange pages, open the rings, move pages to the desired positions and close the rings again. Store the binder upright on a shelf or flat in a drawer depending on space and access needs.

Recommendations

For longer-term storage, avoid overfilling beyond the binder's capacity to preserve the ring alignment and prevent deformation. Use standard A4 punched sheets and keep binders away from prolonged direct sunlight or excessive humidity to maintain cover colour and material integrity.
