Elektrická kosačka EINHELL GC-EM 1800/43 – 1800 W, 43 cm šírka záberu, káblová

The EINHELL GC-EM 1800/43 is an electric corded lawn mower with an 1800 W motor and a 43 cm cutting width, designed for regular mowing of small to medium-sized lawns. It provides a balance of cutting performance and straightforward operation, with options for grass collection or mulching and a height-adjustable cutting deck to adapt to different turf conditions. The corded design ensures continuous power for uninterrupted work on residential lawns without the need to recharge or refuel.

Advantages

This model delivers consistent cutting power from its 1800 W electric motor while keeping maintenance requirements low compared to petrol mowers. The 43 cm cutting width reduces the number of passes needed to cover an average garden, and the adjustable cutting height lets users choose the ideal grass length. A grass catcher enables clean collection of clippings, while a mulching option returns finely chopped clippings to the lawn. The corded configuration provides constant power output for longer mowing sessions.

Suitable for

• Small to medium residential lawns
• Regular garden maintenance and weekly mowing
• Homeowners preferring low-maintenance electric tools
• Lawns where quiet operation and zero onsite emissions are desired

How to use

Before starting, ensure the lawn is free of stones, branches and other debris. Connect the mower to a suitable outdoor extension cable rated for garden use and position the cable to avoid running over it. Adjust the cutting height to the desired level using the single or central height adjustment lever, then start mowing by engaging the safety switch and the main drive control. Move the mower at a steady walking pace, slightly overlapping previous passes to achieve an even cut. For bag collection, monitor the grass catcher and empty it when full; for mulching, fit the mulching insert or select the mulching setting as described in the user manual. After use, unplug the mower, clean the underside of the deck and blade area, and store the tool in a dry place.

Recommendations

Use only manufacturer-recommended extension cables and outdoor-rated sockets. Regularly inspect and, if necessary, sharpen or replace the blade to maintain cutting quality. Never operate the mower on wet grass to avoid clogging and reduced cutting performance, and follow basic safety precautions: wear protective footwear and eye protection, keep bystanders and pets away while mowing, and disconnect power before performing any maintenance.
