EQUIP RJ45 S/FTP Cat.6 patch kábel, 15 m, sivý, LSZH, Gigabit Ethernet 605508

Network congestion and electromagnetic interference can cripple your high-speed connections, leading to dropped packets and frustrating slowdowns. This 15-metre S/FTP Cat.6 patch cable from EQUIP tackles those issues head-on, delivering a stable and secure link for your critical network devices. With each twisted pair individually foiled and an overall braided shield, it provides superior protection against crosstalk and external noise, making it ideal for electrically noisy environments such as industrial floors or data centres. The LSZH jacket adds a layer of safety by emitting low smoke and zero halogen in case of fire, a crucial feature for public buildings and enclosed spaces.

Who is it for

System administrators, network engineers, and IT professionals who demand reliable, high-performance cabling for Gigabit Ethernet connections. It's also perfect for home users with demanding setups, such as gaming or media streaming, where interference can degrade performance. The 15-metre length provides flexibility for routing cables through walls, ceilings, or across rooms without signal loss.

Main features

• S/FTP shielding: each pair is foiled (PiMF) and the entire cable is braided, ensuring maximum immunity to EMI/RFI.
• Cat.6 performance: supports frequencies up to 250 MHz and data rates up to 1 Gbps, with headroom for future upgrades.
• LSZH jacket: low smoke zero halogen material reduces toxic emissions and smoke in fire situations, meeting strict safety regulations.
• Snagless molded boots: protect the locking tabs on RJ45 connectors from damage during installation and removal.
• Stranded copper conductors (AWG 27/7): offer flexibility for easy routing while maintaining excellent signal integrity.
• PoE support: compatible with PoE, PoE+, and UPoE, allowing you to power devices like IP cameras and access points over the same cable.

Tips

When routing this cable, avoid sharp bends that exceed the minimum bend radius (typically 4 times the cable diameter) to prevent damage to the shielding. For best performance, keep the cable away from power lines and fluorescent lights. If you need to label the cable, use a non-corrosive marker or label that won't degrade the LSZH jacket. To maintain the integrity of the shielding, ensure the RJ45 connectors are properly grounded at both ends, especially in environments with high electromagnetic interference.
