ESAB elektróda ER 150 3,25 mm / 5 kg rutilovo-bázická E6013

Getting clean, reliable welds on mild steel can be a challenge, especially when you need to work in all positions or on less-than-perfect surfaces. The ESAB ER 150 electrode solves that problem with its rutile-basic coating, delivering a stable arc, easy slag removal, and a smooth, fine-rippled bead every time. Whether you're fabricating structures, repairing equipment, or building ships, this 3.25 mm electrode in a 5 kg pack keeps you productive without constant rod changes.

Who is it for

Professional welders, fabricators, and maintenance crews working with unalloyed and low-alloyed steels. Ideal for general fabrication, structural steel, shipbuilding, and repair tasks where all-position welding, including vertical-down, is required.

Main features

• Rutile-basic coating for excellent arc stability and easy slag removal
• AWS E6013 classification, suitable for AC or DC+ current
• Welds in all positions, including vertical-down, for maximum flexibility
• Produces smooth, fine-rippled beads with minimal spatter
• High tensile strength (510–560 MPa) and good impact toughness (47 J at 0°C)
• 5 kg pack keeps you stocked for extended jobs
