AVERY Binder Labels L4766-20 in red (192 x 61 mm) are self-adhesive border labels designed for organizing binders, folders and documents. The red border provides clear visual distinction for files and sections while the white inner area accepts printed or handwritten text and simple graphics. Each pack contains 20 sheets of pre-sized labels that fit standard binder spines and ring-binder pockets, enabling consistent, professional-looking labeling across office or home filing systems.

Advantages

The labels are easy to apply on clean, flat surfaces and remove cleanly from most papers without leaving heavy residue. The border design ensures good contrast between label text and background, improving readability. Manufactured for use with common laser and inkjet printers as well as for handwriting, these labels support flexible workflows. Their durable adhesive keeps labels in place under normal office conditions and during regular handling.

Suitable for

• Organizing office binders and ring files

• Color-coding project folders and archive boxes
• Creating spine labels for shelving and storage systems

How to use

Prepare a standard document or label template sized to 192 x 61 mm in your preferred editing or label-design software and load the sheets into your printer according to the printer manufacturer’s instructions. After printing or handwriting the information, peel the label carefully from the sheet and apply it to a clean, dry surface, pressing outwards from the centre to avoid air bubbles. For best adhesion, avoid applying labels to textured or dusty surfaces.

Recommendations

Store unused sheets flat in a cool, dry place to preserve adhesive performance. When printing, run a single test sheet first to confirm alignment and print settings. For archival or long-term storage, choose a matte finish printing option and avoid exposure to prolonged direct sunlight to reduce fading.
