EUROLITE kruhová oceľová reťaz 4 mm WLL 80 kg 1 m

EUROLITE Rundstahlkette 4 mm WLL 80 kg 1 m is a one-metre section of round steel chain designed for light-duty securing, suspension and general-purpose applications. With a 4 mm link diameter and a rated working load limit (WLL) of 80 kg, the chain provides a compact, corrosion-resistant connection point suitable for rigging, stage equipment, workshop use and short-term load-bearing tasks. The single-metre length makes it convenient for attaching to fixtures, forming short drop chains or replacing worn sections of existing assemblies.

Advantages

The chain combines a small physical profile with a defined working load limit, allowing predictable performance when used within its rating. Manufactured from round steel links, it offers reliable tensile strength and dimensional consistency for coupling, hanging and securing tasks. Its one-metre length and uniform link size make it easy to cut to length, attach connectors or join multiple pieces to achieve the required span.

How to use

Inspect the chain for visible damage, corrosion or deformation before each use. Use appropriate connectors (clevises, carabiners, quick links or shackles) compatible with a 4 mm link diameter and rated for at least the chain's WLL. When suspending loads, distribute weight evenly and avoid side loading or sharp bends that can reduce the effective capacity. Do not exceed the specified 80 kg working load limit and follow relevant local safety standards and practices for rigging and load-bearing attachments.

Recommendations

Store the chain in a dry place to minimise corrosion. For repeated or critical lifting tasks, consider using a higher-rated chain or a purpose-designed lifting solution. Replace the chain immediately if links become stretched, cracked or show significant wear.
