Sieťový kábel ExertisConnect EXC 858604 sivý 3 m Cat7 S/FTP

The ExertisConnect EXC 858604 Grey 3m Cat7 S/FTP is a 3-meter Category 7 networking cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. The cable uses S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction and RJ-45 connectors on both ends to provide reliable signal transmission and reduced electromagnetic interference. Its grey jacket and standard 3 m length make it suitable for home, office, and rack installations where a balance of flexibility and performance is required.

Advantages

The S/FTP shielding design separates overall braid shielding with individual foil around each twisted pair, which improves resistance to crosstalk and external EMI compared to unshielded cables. Cat7 certification supports higher bandwidths and improved performance for demanding network tasks. The cable’s RJ-45 terminations ensure compatibility with common network devices and switches while the 3 m length offers flexibility for desktop and patching applications.

Suitable for (tasks / use cases)

• Connecting desktop PCs, laptops, and network printers to switches or routers
• Patching connections in server cabinets and network racks
• High-bandwidth applications such as HD video streaming and large file transfers
• Environments requiring reduced electromagnetic interference, such as near other electronic equipment

Key specifications

• Category: Cat7
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall braid + foil around each pair)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45
• Length: 3 m
• Colour: Grey

How to use

Route the cable between devices ensuring that bends exceed the manufacturer’s minimum bend radius to avoid damaging the internal pairs. Insert each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding network port until it clicks into place. For rack or patch panel use, secure the cable with appropriate cable management to prevent strain on the connectors. When disconnecting, press the connector latch before pulling to avoid damaging the clip.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to mains power lines or large electrical equipment. Use shielded patch panels and grounded equipment in shielded installations to maintain the effectiveness of the S/FTP shielding. Inspect connectors periodically for secure seating and replace the cable if the jacket or connectors show visible damage.
