Rozpínacia kotva Fisher FBN II 50 kusov

The fischer bolt anchor FBN II is a zinc-plated steel expansion anchor designed for cost-effective fastenings in non-cracked concrete. With a diameter of 10 mm and a length of 106 mm, the FBN II offers a long thread and two selectable anchorage depths, allowing flexible use for through-fix, pre-positioned and stand-off installations. Supplied in a pack of 50 pieces, this anchor is suitable for interior applications such as fixing railings, cable trays and consoles.

Advantages

The two anchorage depths provide either maximum load-bearing capacity or a reduced drill depth for faster drilling. The long thread compensates for component tolerances and enables stand-off installation. Few hammer blows and low torque slip simplify installation, while the drive-in pin protects the thread and speeds up fitting and removal. Zinc plating offers corrosion protection appropriate for internal use.

Suitable for

• Fixing railings and handrails in non-cracked concrete
• Mounting cable trays and electrical conduits indoors
• Attaching consoles, brackets and support fixtures
• Through-fix and pre-positioned anchor installations

How to use

Drill a hole of the specified diameter and depth for the chosen anchorage depth, clean the hole of dust, position the anchor either pre-placed or push it through the fixture, and drive in the pin until the anchor expands in the concrete. For stand-off installations, use the long thread to set the required spacing before tightening. Tighten the bolt to the recommended torque for the chosen fixture and anchorage depth.

Recommendations

Use the standard anchorage depth when maximum load-bearing capacity is required; choose the reduced anchorage depth to minimise drill depth and installation time. Confirm the suitability of the zinc-plated version for indoor environments and follow local structural guidelines for spacing and edge distances.
