Advantages

This fixed-blade design delivers high structural integrity and predictable cutting performance without the play or wear associated with folding mechanisms. The knife’s balanced weight distribution supports controlled cutting, piercing and general utility operations. Materials and construction emphasize longevity and consistent behavior in outdoor conditions.

Key specifications

• Construction: fixed blade, full-strength design for heavy-duty use
• Handle material: stainless steel for durability and low maintenance
• Blade purpose: tactical, survival and utility cutting tasks
• Grip: metal handle shaped for secure contact and controlled handling
• Maintenance: corrosion-resistant surfaces designed for easy cleaning

How to use

Use the Dönges 01DG006 as a primary cutting tool for tasks that require the strength and reliability of a fixed blade. Grip the stainless steel handle firmly and apply controlled motions appropriate to the material—slicing, chopping or piercing as required. For outdoor and campsite tasks, perform cuts away from the body and use a stable surface when chopping. After use, clean the blade and handle with fresh water and dry thoroughly to maintain the corrosion-resistant finish. Store the knife in a sheath or secure container when not in use.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect the knife for signs of wear or damage; sharpen the blade with suitable sharpening tools to retain cutting performance. Avoid prolonged exposure to harsh chemicals or seawater to preserve the stainless finish. Observe local regulations regarding carrying or transporting fixed-blade knives.
