The Roadinger 3010999M Plywood Black Silver flight case is a heavy-duty transport solution constructed from plywood with reinforced metal edges and protective hardware. Designed to secure audio, lighting and stage equipment during transit, this case balances durability with a compact profile. The exterior finish combines black panels with silver reinforcements for a professional appearance while the internal volume accommodates medium-sized gear and accessories. The case itself weighs 25 kg and is built to withstand repeated handling and stacking during tours, events and storage.

Advantages

This plywood flight case offers robust protection through rigid panels and edge reinforcements that resist impacts and abrasion. Integrated hardware such as recessed handles and butterfly latches reduce the risk of accidental opening and make handling easier in tight spaces. How to use

Place equipment inside the case on appropriate padding, foam inserts or rack rails to prevent movement during transport. Close the lid and secure all butterfly latches, ensuring recessed handles are folded flush before lifting. When lifting or moving the case, use the recessed handles and coordinate with a partner if the load is bulky or the case is heavy. Store the case on a flat surface or on a pallet to avoid moisture contact with the base.

Recommendations

To prolong service life, use protective foam or custom-cut inserts to fit specific equipment, avoid exposing the case to prolonged rain or saltwater, and inspect hardware and corners regularly for wear; tighten or replace fittings as needed.
