Flightcase Roadinger 30126410 preglejka čierna strieborná 46,5 kg

The Roadinger 30126410 Plywood Black Silver flight case is a heavy-duty transport solution constructed from multilayer plywood with protective aluminium profiles and steel fittings. Weighing 46.5 kg, this case is designed to protect sensitive equipment during transit and storage, offering structural rigidity, impact resistance and a compact footprint with a black and silver finish suited to professional staging and transport environments.

Advantages

This flight case provides robust mechanical protection thanks to its plywood shell combined with reinforced aluminium edging and recessed steel hardware. The build delivers high load-bearing capacity and resistance to shocks and vibrations encountered during road transport. The neutral black and silver appearance integrates well with stage and studio equipment, while the substantial weight reflects a solid construction that reduces deformation under load.

How to use

Place equipment inside the case on appropriate foam inserts or internal supports to prevent movement. Secure the lid with the recessed latches and ensure all fittings are closed before lifting or loading. When moving the case, use built-in handles and, if available, a trolley or lifting team to manage the weight safely. Regularly inspect fittings and edging for wear and tighten or replace hardware as needed to maintain protection.

Recommendations

For long-term protection, use custom-cut foam or adjustable internal racks to fit specific equipment shapes. Avoid overloading beyond the recommended internal space and distribute weight evenly. Store in a dry environment and dry the case promptly if exposed to moisture to prevent delamination of plywood layers.
