Flightcase Roadinger 30126428 preglejka čierna strieborná 59,4 kg

The Roadinger 30126428 Plywood Black Silver flight case is a heavy-duty transport solution designed to protect professional audio, lighting and stage equipment. Constructed from multi-layer plywood with protective aluminum profiles and reinforced corners, the case combines structural strength with a compact, stackable form factor. The black laminated exterior and silver edging provide a clean, professional appearance while the internal foam lining secures items against shocks and vibration during transit. With a declared weight of 59.4 kg, this flight case is built for robust loads and repeated use in touring and event environments.

Advantages

The plywood construction offers high impact resistance and long-term durability, while aluminum profiles and robust fittings increase structural rigidity and protect edges from wear. Internal padding reduces the risk of damage from shocks and vibrations. The finish and hardware are designed for frequent handling and stacking, enabling safe transport and storage. The case’s dimensions and weight capacity support heavy and bulky equipment common to professional live production.

How to use

Place equipment inside the case on top of the foam lining and arrange additional padding to prevent movement. Close the lid and secure all butterfly latches to ensure the case is locked during transport. Use recessed handles or appropriate lifting equipment when moving the case due to its weight. When stacking multiple cases, align edge profiles and corners to maintain stability and avoid uneven loads. Inspect fittings and foam inserts periodically and replace worn elements to maintain protective performance.

Recommendations

For safe handling, use at least two people or mechanical lifting devices when moving the case. Avoid exposing the case to prolonged moisture or extreme temperatures to preserve plywood and hardware integrity. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth and check latches and handles before each trip. For fragile or irregularly shaped items, customize foam inserts to ensure a snug fit and prevent internal movement.
