How to use

Place equipment inside the flight case using internal padding or foam inserts sized to the item to avoid movement. Close and secure the latches and verify that recessed handles are folded away during transport. Load and unload the flight case using two people for heavier items to avoid strain and to prevent impact to the case edges when lifting. Store in a dry environment to preserve the plywood and hardware.

Recommendations

For optimum protection, combine the Birch Black Silver flight case with custom-cut foam or padded inserts that match the shape of your equipment. Regularly inspect latches, handles and corner fittings for wear and tighten hardware if necessary. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture and extreme temperatures to maintain structural integrity.
