Flightcase Roadinger 31005224 pre 4x SILENT PAR 6 QCL — ochranný transportný box

Roadinger flightcase model 31005224 is a hard protective transport case designed to securely accommodate up to four SILENT PAR 6 QCL lighting fixtures. The case combines a robust exterior shell with internal foam or fitted compartments to stabilise fixtures during transport, and hardware such as recessed handles, butterfly latches and stacking corners for reliable handling and storage. It is intended for professional use where repeated loading, unloading and transit demand durable protection for stage lighting.

Advantages

The flightcase provides solid mechanical protection against impacts and abrasion thanks to reinforced edges and a pressure-resistant outer shell. Internal foam or fitted compartments keep each SILENT PAR 6 QCL separate and cushioned to reduce vibration and contact damage. Built-in hardware including recessed handles and secure latches simplifies handling while minimising snagging during movement and stacking corners support safe piling in transport vehicles or storage. The case is constructed from materials that resist wear and facilitate long-term use in touring and event production environments.

How to use

Place each SILENT PAR 6 QCL fixture into its designated foam or fitted compartment, ensuring cables and accessories are tucked away or stored separately to avoid pressure points. Close the lid and engage all latches to secure the case before lifting; use the recessed handles to carry the case and avoid dragging. When stacking multiple cases, align stacking corners and verify latches are closed to prevent shifting. For loading into vehicles, position the case on a flat surface and secure with straps if necessary to prevent movement during transit.

Recommendations

Regularly inspect foam inserts and hardware for wear; replace or repair damaged foam and tighten or service latches and handles to maintain optimal protection. Avoid exposing the case to prolonged moisture and clean external surfaces with a mild detergent and damp cloth. For long-term storage, store the case in a dry, ventilated area and remove batteries or power sources from fixtures prior to packing.
