How to use

Grease the mould before each use to ensure easier release of baked goods. Assemble the mould and press pastry or pour batter as required by your recipe. Bake in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 220°C. After baking, allow the mould to cool slightly before removing the ring and extracting the removable bottom to release the tart or cake.

Recommendations

Do not use in microwave ovens and avoid metal utensils to prevent damaging the non-stick coating. Hand wash only with a non-abrasive sponge; this mould is not dishwasher-safe.
