Kuchynský riad de Buyer Choc Extreme 6,6 L

The de Buyer CHOC EXTREME Nonstick Stew Pan (6.6 L / 11" / 27.9 cm) is a durable cast-aluminum pan designed for stewing, steaming and preparing large-quantity soups and stocks. Its high sides promote condensation, helping liquids return to the pot during slow cooking. The pan includes a glass lid and a heat-stop handle in cast stainless steel for comfortable handling and controlled heat transfer. The nonstick coating is scratch-resistant and manufactured without PFOA and PFOS for safer everyday cooking.

Advantages

The cast-aluminum body provides even heat distribution and rapid response to temperature changes while keeping the overall weight manageable. A high-capacity 6.6 L (approximately 7 qt) interior is sized for cooking for 8–12 people. The super-slick nonstick surface ensures easy food release and simpler cleaning, and the included glass lid lets you monitor contents without lifting it. The stainless-steel heat-stop handle reduces heat transfer and is shaped for secure grip.

Suitable for

• Stewing and simmering soups, stocks and sauces
• Steaming vegetables and seafood
• Preparing large batch meals for families or small gatherings
• Everyday stovetop cooking on gas, electric and ceramic hobs

How to use

Heat the pan gradually and use medium or low heat for most nonstick cooking to preserve the coating and ensure even cooking. Use wooden, silicone or heat-resistant plastic utensils to avoid scratching the nonstick surface. After cooking, allow the pan to cool slightly before washing; hand washing with warm soapy water is recommended to prolong the life of the coating. The glass lid can be used to retain moisture while stewing or steaming.

Recommendations

Do not use metal scouring pads or abrasive cleaners. Avoid overheating an empty pan and store carefully to prevent scratches; if stacking with other cookware, use protective liners between surfaces.
