Clean after use according to the manufacturer’s care instructions to preserve the copper finish and the stainless steel lining.

Recommendations

For best results when preparing delicate sauces or reductions, maintain a low to medium heat and monitor temperature closely — the Prima Matera copper pot will react rapidly to changes in heat, allowing fine control. Regular polishing of the copper exterior will preserve its appearance, while routine cleaning of the stainless steel interior will maintain a safe, non-reactive cooking surface.
