Fritéza Princess 183001 Superior Fryer 3200 Watt

The Princess 183001 Superior Deep Fat Fryer is a 3-litre capacity fryer with a powerful 3200 W heating element and a maximum temperature of 190°C. Designed in black and stainless steel with a rotary control, it heats up quickly and provides efficient frying for family portions. The unit includes a removable stainless steel inner pan, a frying basket with folding handle, a lid with viewing window and filter, and a safety oil filter to reduce splattering and extend oil life.

Advantages

The fryer reaches frying temperature rapidly thanks to its 3200 W power and the removable stainless steel pan simplifies oil changes and cleaning. A cool zone beneath the heating element prevents crumbs from burning, and the safety oil filter reduces splattering from frozen food while allowing used oil to be filtered and reused longer. Detachable parts are mostly dishwasher-safe and the basket handle folds for compact storage. Overheating protection and a secure basket lock increase operational safety.

Suitable for

• Preparing chips and snacks for families or small groups

How to use

Place the removable stainless steel pan into the fryer, add oil up to the indicated level and set the rotary control to the desired temperature (up to 190°C). Allow the oil to heat—approximately five minutes with full power—then lower the basket containing the food into the oil. After frying, lift the basket to drain excess oil and, if desired, secure the basket on the inside to let oil drain without running down the housing. Use the lid window to monitor cooking without opening the lid.

Recommendations

For best results, preheat the oil to the recommended temperature for the food type, avoid overfilling the basket, and use the safety oil filter to capture crumbs and water droplets to reduce splattering and extend oil life. Clean removable parts regularly and follow the instruction manual for safe operation and maintenance.
