How to use

Place the fryer on a stable, heat-resistant surface and ensure the appliance is unplugged before filling. Add oil up to the indicated maximum level, then connect the unit to a 230 V mains outlet. Allow the fryer to preheat to the required temperature before gently lowering food into the basket to avoid splattering. Monitor cooking progress and use the fryer’s basket to lift and drain items when done. After use, unplug the appliance and let oil cool completely before draining and cleaning parts according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.

Recommendations

For optimal results, use oils with a smoke point suitable for deep frying and do not exceed the recommended oil level. Avoid overcrowding the basket to maintain oil temperature and even cooking. Regularly filter or replace oil if it becomes dark or emits off-odours. Follow all safety guidelines, including keeping the fryer away from water and combustible materials, and never leave the appliance unattended while in operation.
