How to use

Mount the sensor into a System 55 frame at the recommended height and position to cover the intended detection area. After mechanical installation, connect the device according to the system wiring guidelines and pair or configure Komfort BT settings with compatible controllers if wireless adjustments are required. Test the detection zone and adjust orientation or mounting position as needed to avoid false triggers from moving objects outside the target area. Use standard electrical safety procedures during installation and commissioning.

Recommendations

For reliable operation, install the sensor where its 2.20 m range covers the main activity area without facing large glass surfaces or direct airflows from vents. When using Komfort BT features, perform initial setup and any firmware/configuration updates through compatible Gira devices. Regularly inspect the mounting and clean the sensor cover to maintain detection sensitivity.
