GoodConnections Cat.7 S/FTP RJ45 predlžovací kábel s ochranou západky, bezhalogénový, 1 m, čierny 8070VR-010S

Extending a network connection often means compromising on speed or risking a broken connector clip. This GoodConnections Cat.7 extension cable solves both problems: it delivers full 10-Gigabit performance over a short distance, and the integrated latch protection (RNS®) prevents the RJ45 plug's locking tab from snapping off during frequent reconnections. The halogen-free jacket adds safety in enclosed spaces, while the oxygen-free copper conductors ensure reliable signal transmission.

Who is it for

IT professionals and home users who need to extend an existing Ethernet run without losing bandwidth or durability. It is particularly useful in server rooms, offices, and living areas where cables are often plugged and unplugged, and where fire safety regulations require low-smoke, halogen-free materials.

Main features

• Cat.7 S/FTP shielding with PiMF (pairs in metal foil) for excellent crosstalk immunity
• 600 MHz bandwidth supports 10GBASE-T Ethernet up to 100 meters (this 1m extension adds negligible loss)
• RNS® latch protection on the RJ45 male connector prevents clip breakage
• Halogen-free LSZH jacket reduces toxic smoke in case of fire
• Oxygen-free copper (OFC) conductors for low resistance and long-term reliability
• Gold-plated contacts resist corrosion and maintain signal integrity
• Male RJ45 to female RJ45 coupler design for easy extension of existing cables

Tips

When using this extension, keep the total cable length (original cable + extension) within the 100-meter limit for Cat.7 to maintain full 10 Gbps speed. Avoid sharp bends near the connectors to preserve the shielding. For best performance, pair with other Cat.7 or higher components.
