Sieťový kábel Alcasa 8080-075R červený 7,5 m Cat8.1 S/FTP

The Alcasa 8080-075R Red 7.5m Cat8.1 S/FTP is a high-performance networking cable designed for demanding wired network environments. It supports the Cat8.1 specification and uses S/FTP shielding to reduce electromagnetic interference. Fitted with RJ-45 connectors featuring gold-plated contacts, the cable has a length of 7.5 meters and is finished in red for easy identification in patch panels and cable runs. The cable is specified to handle data transfer rates up to 40000 Mbit/s, making it suitable for high-bandwidth applications requiring stable, low-latency connections.

Advantages

The Alcasa 8080-075R combines Cat8.1 performance with S/FTP shielding to provide enhanced signal integrity and reduced crosstalk compared to lower-category cables. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors improve contact reliability and corrosion resistance, while the 7.5 m length offers flexibility for rack-to-desk or device-to-switch connections. The red jacket simplifies visual identification and organization within cable bundles.

Suitable for

• High-bandwidth server and switch interconnections in data centers
• Workstation to wall port or patch panel connections in offices
• Home networks requiring high-speed wired links for media streaming and gaming
• Temporary or permanent installations where clear cable identification is needed

Key specifications

• Category: Cat8.1
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall shield with individually shielded pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Maximum data transfer rate: up to 40000 Mbit/s
• Length: 7.5 m
• Colour: Red

How to use

To use the Alcasa 8080-075R, plug each RJ-45 connector into the corresponding Ethernet port on your devices, switch, or patch panel. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch clicks to secure the connection. Route the cable to avoid tight bends and excessive strain; maintain appropriate bend radius as recommended for structured cabling. For best performance, keep the cable away from strong sources of electromagnetic interference such as large transformers or unshielded power cabling.

Recommendations

For reliable high-speed performance, use this Cat8.1 S/FTP cable in short link segments (such as patch and switch interconnects) and within recommended installation practices. Confirm that connected equipment supports the intended data rates and that patching components and panels are compatible with Cat8-class cables.
