Sieťový kábel Alcasa CAT6 S/FTP RJ-45 25 m modrý

The Alcasa CAT6 S/FTP RJ-45 25 m Blue networking cable by Good Connections is intended for reliable high-speed ethernet connections over short to medium distances. The cable supports CAT6 performance characteristics and incorporates S/FTP (shielded/foiled twisted pair) construction to reduce crosstalk and external electromagnetic interference. Both ends are terminated with gold-plated RJ-45 connectors for stable contact and improved corrosion resistance, and the 25 m length allows flexible placement of network equipment in homes, offices, or small server rooms.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding around the twisted pairs and an overall foil shield provide enhanced protection against electromagnetic and radio-frequency interference compared with unshielded alternatives. Gold-plated RJ-45 plugs improve contact reliability and reduce oxidation at the connection points. The 25 m length balances reach and signal integrity for typical desktop, router-to-switch, or wall-plate installations. The blue jacket provides easy visual identification in bundled cabling runs.

Suitable for

• Connecting computers, switches, routers and networked printers within homes and small offices
• Structured cabling between wall outlets and network equipment where CAT6 performance is required
• Temporary or permanent runs in office desks, server cabinets, and meeting rooms

Key specifications

• Cable category: CAT6 (supporting gigabit Ethernet speeds)
• Shielding: S/FTP (individual pair foil + overall foil shield)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Length: 25 meters
• Jacket colour: Blue

How to use

Identify the devices to be connected and measure the required routing path before laying the cable to avoid tight bends and excess tension. Plug one RJ-45 connector into the LAN port of your network device and the other connector into the corresponding port on the switch, router, or wall outlet. Ensure connectors are fully seated and that cable runs do not pass near high-power electrical equipment or unshielded fluorescent fixtures to maintain signal quality.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid sharp bends (keep bend radius greater than four times the cable diameter), do not exceed maximum recommended pull force during installation, and route the cable separately from mains power lines where possible. Test connections with a network tester after installation to verify continuity and correct pair termination.
