Sieťový kábel Alcasa Cat6a RJ-45 3m fialový

The Good Connections Networking Cable Alcasa Cat6a RJ-45 3m Violet is a shielded high-performance Ethernet cable designed for 10GBase-T networks. Constructed with S/FTP shielding and gold-plated RJ-45 connectors, the 3 m cable supports data transfer rates up to 10000 Mbit/s while minimising electromagnetic interference. Its violet jacket provides clear visual identification in patch panels and cabling runs for both home and office environments.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding combines an overall foil shield with individually shielded pairs to reduce crosstalk and external interference, improving signal integrity over longer runs. Gold-plated RJ-45 connectors ensure reliable contact and corrosion resistance for consistent throughput. The cable’s Cat6a specification and 10GBase-T compatibility allow stable high-speed connections suitable for demanding network applications. The violet colour helps with cable organisation and quick identification during installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections in small office or home networks
• Patch panel and switch interconnections in server rooms and wiring closets
• High-bandwidth applications such as large file transfers, video streaming and VoIP
• Structured cabling where colour-coded runs are beneficial

Key specifications

• Category: Cat6a (augmented Cat6) supporting 10GBase-T
• Length: 3 m
• Shielding: S/FTP (overall foil with individually shielded twisted pairs)
• Connectors: RJ-45 to RJ-45 with gold-plated contacts
• Maximum data rate: 10000 Mbit/s
• Jacket colour: Violet

How to use

Connect one RJ-45 plug to your network device (router, switch, NIC or patch panel) and the other plug to the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure connectors are fully inserted until the latch engages. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and sources of strong electromagnetic interference. For structured installations, label both ends if needed and secure the cable with cable ties or management panels without over-tightening to avoid deforming the jacket.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid running the cable parallel and close to power lines or large electric motors; if necessary, cross power and data cables at right angles. Do not exceed the specified length for horizontal runs in structured cabling standards. Periodically inspect connector contacts for damage and keep connectors free from dust and moisture to maintain reliable connections.
