Turn food as needed to cook evenly. Avoid using metal utensils that can damage the non-stick marble coating; opt for silicone, wooden or heat-resistant nylon tools. After use, allow the pan to cool and clean by wiping with a soft sponge and warm soapy water.

Recommendations

To preserve the non-stick marble coating and extend the pan’s life, avoid high flame directly beyond the base, do not use abrasive scouring pads, and store carefully to prevent scratches. Although the pan is not dishwasher safe, gentle hand washing will maintain performance and appearance.
