• Diameter: 280 mm
• Depth: 225 mm
• Weight: 1.11 kg

How to use

Preheat the pan gently on the chosen heat source and use moderate temperatures for most cooking tasks to preserve the ceramic non-stick surface. Use appropriate utensils to avoid scratching; while the coating is safe for metal utensils, softer spatulas will prolong surface life. After use, allow the pan to cool slightly, then wash with warm water and a soft sponge. When using in the oven, ensure the temperature does not exceed 200 °C.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, avoid sudden temperature shocks (such as rinsing a hot pan with cold water) and store the pan carefully to prevent abrasions to the ceramic surface.
