HDMI konektor Kramer Electronics HDMI (F/F) čierny

The Kramer Electronics HDMI (F/F) Black connector provides a compact, pass-through solution for extending or joining HDMI cables without altering signal integrity. With two HDMI female ports housed in a slim black shell, this adapter lets you connect two standard HDMI cables to continue a single HDMI run. It is suitable for simple cable joins in home theater, office, and professional AV environments and supports high-definition video and multi-channel audio transmission when used with compatible HDMI cables and source/display devices.

Advantages

The adapter offers a low-profile, tool-free method to join HDMI cables while maintaining a consistent physical interface. Its female-to-female configuration allows flexibility in cable management and placement, reducing the need to replace longer cables. The black finish provides a discreet appearance that blends with most AV setups. The passive design avoids active electronics, meaning no power is required and there is no added processing that could affect signal timing.

Suitable for

• Extending HDMI runs where a longer single cable is unavailable
• Connecting HDMI cables behind wall plates or in tight rack spaces
• Temporary connections during AV setup and troubleshooting
• Home cinema, conference rooms, classrooms, and small studio installations

Key specifications

After connection, verify the source and display detect the link; if necessary, re-seat cables to correct intermittent contact. No additional configuration or power source is required for the adapter to function.

Recommendations

Use high-quality, well-shielded HDMI cables to preserve signal integrity when joining runs. For long-distance HDMI links, consider using a single certified long cable or an active extender solution if signal loss or handshake issues occur. Avoid placing tension on connected cables at the adapter to prevent connector damage; secure cables near the connection point.
