In control cabinets and on production floors, technicians need a fast, reusable way to bundle and protect cables without cutting ties or redoing work. The HellermannTyton Helawrap HWPP25/2-SR is a silver spiral wrap made from polypropylene that snaps around existing cable bundles from the side, so you can add or remove wires at any point. It is halogen-free and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for installations where smoke and toxic emissions are a concern.

Why choose it

The spiral design holds cables firmly but allows individual wires to branch out at any point. Because it is reusable, you can reorganise bundles without waste. The polypropylene material offers good resistance to acids, alkalis, and solvents, and the silver colour helps identify specific cable runs in complex installations.

Ideal use cases

• Bundling and protecting cables in control panels and machinery
• Routing wires in automotive or industrial harnesses
• Organising cables in server racks and network cabinets
• Protecting hoses and tubing from abrasion

Good to know

Helawrap is cuttable to the exact length needed. The side-entry design means you can install it after connectors are already attached. UV resistance is limited, so it is best used indoors or in protected outdoor areas.
