HellermannTyton T50RFT5-PA66HS/PA66 BK/GY 500 káblová pásková (150-55941)

The HellermannTyton T50RFT5-PA66HS/PA66 BK/GY is a high-performance standard cable tie designed for demanding indoor applications, particularly in high-temperature environments. This non-releasable tie is manufactured from a combination of heat-stabilised polyamide 6.6 (PA66HS) and standard polyamide 6.6 (PA66), offering excellent durability and thermal resistance. With a length of 200 mm and a width of 4.6 mm, it can handle bundle diameters up to 50 mm and provides a minimum tensile strength of 225 N (approximately 22.9 kg). The black colour and inside serrated head design ensure secure and reliable fastening. Each pack contains 500 pieces, making it ideal for bulk installations in electrical, automotive, and industrial sectors.

Advantages

This cable tie offers exceptional heat resistance, operating reliably from -40 °C to +105 °C, making it suitable for use near engines, heaters, or other heat sources. The halogen-free material complies with modern environmental and safety standards, while the UL94 V2 flammability rating ensures a degree of fire retardancy. The inside serrated head provides a strong grip on the bundle, preventing slippage. The combination of PA66HS and PA66 materials delivers enhanced mechanical strength and longevity compared to standard nylon ties.

Suitable for

• High-temperature indoor environments (e.g., industrial machinery, automotive engine compartments)
• Securing cables, wires, and hoses in electrical installations
• Bundling applications requiring a non-releasable, permanent fastening
• Use in areas where halogen-free materials are mandated
