HellermannTyton TREDUX-HA47-45/12 zmršťovacia bužírka - čierna - polyolefín - 100 cm - 45 mm (dodané) - 12 mm (zmrštené)

The HellermannTyton TREDUX-HA47-45/12 is a high-performance, adhesive-lined heavy wall heat shrink tubing designed for demanding electrical insulation, mechanical protection, cable bundling, and sealing applications. Manufactured from flexible polyolefin, this tubing provides a reliable, moisture-proof seal and excellent strain relief. With a 3.75:1 shrink ratio, it accommodates a wide range of cable diameters, shrinking from 45 mm to 12 mm upon heating. The black color offers UV resistance and a professional finish. Ideal for outdoor, automotive, marine, and industrial environments where durability and long-term performance are critical.

Advantages

• Adhesive-lined inner wall creates a water-tight and corrosion-proof seal
• High shrink ratio (3.75:1) allows for versatile use on irregular shapes and connectors
• Heavy wall construction provides superior mechanical protection and abrasion resistance
• Excellent flame retardancy and dielectric strength (15 kV/mm) for electrical safety
• Wide operating temperature range (-55°C to +125°C) suitable for extreme conditions

Suitable for

• Electrical insulation and protection of cables, wires, and terminals
• Sealing and strain relief for connectors and splices
• Bundling and organizing cable harnesses in automotive, marine, and industrial equipment
• Outdoor installations requiring UV and weather resistance
• Repair and maintenance of electrical systems

Recommendations

For best results, use a heat gun or hot air blower to apply uniform heat around the tubing. Ensure the surface is clean and dry before installation. The adhesive lining will melt and flow to create a secure seal. Suitable for use with cables up to 45 mm outer diameter before shrinking.
