Stolová brúska Holzmann NTS200FLEX_230V

The Holzmann NTS200FLEX_230V bench grinder is a compact grinding tool designed for workshop use. It is equipped with an aluminium oxide grinding wheel and operates on 230V mains power. With a sound power level of 91.5 dB and a compact footprint of 450 mm width, 260 mm depth, and 380 mm height, the grinder is intended for sharpening, shaping and light metal removal tasks. A 2 m power cable provides flexibility in placement within a typical garage or workshop environment.

Advantages

The bench grinder offers a durable aluminium oxide wheel suited to general-purpose grinding and sharpening. Its compact dimensions make it easy to position on a workbench without occupying excessive space. Operating at standard 230V supply ensures compatibility with common mains outlets. The included 2 m cable reduces the need for immediate rewiring or extension leads. Measured sound power level of 91.5 dB allows users to assess noise impact in the workspace.

Key specifications

• Grinding wheel type: aluminium oxide
• Supply voltage: 230 V
• Sound power level: 91.5 dB
• Dimensions (W×D×H): 450 mm × 260 mm × 380 mm
• Power cable length: 2 m

How to use

Secure the bench grinder on a stable workbench before connecting to the 230V supply. Check that the grinding wheel is free from cracks or damage and that wheel guards and tool rests are properly positioned. Start the machine and allow it to reach operating speed before applying a workpiece. Use steady, light pressure and move the tool across the wheel to maintain an even grind; avoid forcing the workpiece to prevent wheel wear or overheating. After use, switch off and wait for the wheel to stop completely before leaving the machine unattended.

Recommendations

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment such as eye protection, hearing protection and gloves when operating the grinder. Maintain clear working space around the machine and inspect the grinding wheel periodically for wear. Use the bench grinder for tasks compatible with an aluminium oxide wheel and avoid excessive pressure or prolonged contact to extend wheel life.
