Hypertec 858602-HY sieťový kábel sivý 1,5 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Hypertec ProConnectLite S/FTP Cat7 snagless LSZH Grey 1.5m (Hypertec 858602-HY) is a 1.5 metre network patch cable designed for high-speed Ethernet connections. It features S/FTP shielding, RJ-45 terminations on both ends and a low-smoke zero-halogen (LSZH) jacket in grey, providing reliable signal transmission with reduced electromagnetic interference for home and office networks.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding (individually foil-shielded pairs plus an overall braided shield) improves immunity to crosstalk and external interference. RJ-45 snagless connectors protect the plug latch during installation and removal. The LSZH outer jacket minimises toxic and dense smoke in the event of a fire, making the cable appropriate for installations where reduced smoke emission is required. At 1.5 m length the cable offers convenient reach for typical desktop and patch panel connections.

How to use

Insert one RJ-45 connector into the network port of your router, switch or device and insert the other end into the corresponding port on the destination device. Ensure connectors are fully seated until the latch clicks. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension to maintain signal integrity. For rack or patch panel installations, use appropriate cable management accessories to keep connections accessible and organised.

Recommendations

Use this Cat7 S/FTP cable for short to medium-length links where improved shielding and LSZH jacket properties are desired; avoid running the cable parallel to high-voltage power lines to reduce potential interference.
