Hypertec 858629-HY sieťový kábel modrý 5 m Cat7 S/FTP (S-STP)

The Hypertec ProConnectLite S/FTP Cat7 snagless cable (5 m) is a shielded Ethernet lead designed for high-performance wired networks. It conforms to Cat7 specifications and uses S/FTP (shielded foil with individually shielded pairs) construction to minimise electromagnetic interference and maintain stable data transmission. Both ends are fitted with RJ-45 connectors and the cable is finished in blue.

Advantages

S/FTP shielding provides improved protection against crosstalk and external noise compared with unshielded cables, supporting reliable connections in environments with potential interference. The Cat7 specification allows higher bandwidth and better signal integrity for demanding applications. Snagless RJ-45 connectors reduce the risk of latch damage during installation and the 5 m length offers flexibility for home or office setups.

How to use

Plug one RJ-45 connector into the Ethernet port of your network device (PC, switch, router or modem) and the other connector into the corresponding port on the second device. Ensure connectors click into place to confirm a secure connection. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and keep it away from sources of strong electromagnetic noise where possible. For best performance, use with devices that support Gigabit or higher network speeds.

Recommendations

For optimal results, avoid tightly coiling the cable and keep it separated from mains power cables. Inspect connectors before use and replace the cable if the shielding or connector latches are damaged.
