How to use

Design your label layout in compatible label or word-processing software, import company logos or text, and select the page template for 4 labels per A4. Load the printable sheets into your inkjet printer according to the printer’s feed direction and guide settings. Print using standard inkjet settings for coated paper; allow printed sheets to dry if printing in colour. Peel labels from the backing and apply to clean, dry file spines or surfaces, pressing firmly to ensure full contact.

Recommendations

For best results use the manufacturer’s or other reputable label templates and perform a test print to check alignment. Avoid applying labels to dusty or wet surfaces; store unused sheets flat in a dry environment to maintain paper and adhesive quality.
