InLine modulárny konektor samec 8P4C RJ45 na krimpovanie na plochý kábel ISDN 100 kusov

The InLine Modular Plug 8P4C RJ45 is a transparent modular connector designed for crimping to ribbon cable and intended for ISDN SO bus use. Only the inner four contacts (positions 3, 4, 5 and 6) are assigned, allowing compatibility with installations that require the SO bus wiring convention. The pack contains 100 clear RJ45 plugs suitable for professional and DIY wiring tasks.

Advantages

Transparent housing enables visual inspection of conductor alignment and correct insertion before crimping. The 8P4C RJ45 construction provides mechanical compatibility with standard RJ45 jacks while using only the inner four contacts required for ISDN SO bus connections. Supplied in a 100-piece pack for bulk use and repeatable installations.

Suitable for

• Crimping onto ribbon (flat) cable for ISDN SO bus applications
• Repairing or extending ISDN internal wiring
• Small-scale production or service technicians needing multiple connectors

How to use

Prepare the ribbon cable by aligning and trimming conductors to the correct length for insertion into the plug. Insert the ribbon cable into the modular plug so that the intended inner conductors align with pins 3–6, verify alignment visually through the transparent housing, then crimp using an appropriate RJ45 crimp tool designed for ribbon cables. Test the connection with suitable ISDN test equipment after crimping.

Recommendations

Use appropriate crimping tools and ensure the ribbon cable is clean and free of damage before crimping. Verify that only the inner four conductors are used for ISDN SO bus wiring to avoid connection errors. Store connectors in a dry environment to prevent contamination.
