Izbowy termostat Gira 247200, 230 V, otvárací/zatvárací pohon

Gira room temperature controller model 247200 is a 230 V on/off controller designed to regulate indoor climate by switching opening/closing actuators for heating or cooling systems. The device provides basic room temperature control by energizing or de-energizing actuators, enabling straightforward integration into residential and commercial HVAC installations where simple binary control of valves or dampers is required.

Advantages

The controller offers reliable on/off switching at mains voltage, compact mounting dimensions for installation in standard electrical boxes, and compatibility with common actuator types. Its design emphasizes straightforward function with low configuration complexity, ensuring consistent actuator operation for temperature regulation. The unit supports direct control of opening/closing actuators, reducing the need for intermediate relays where line-voltage actuation is acceptable.

Key specifications

How to use

Install the controller into a suitable flush-mounted electrical box and connect the supply conductors according to local electrical regulations. Wire the actuator to the controller output so that when the controller calls for heat or cooling, the actuator receives mains power and moves to the open or closed position. Commission the system by verifying actuator response to the controller and adjusting room thermostats or setpoints in the broader HVAC setup as required. Ensure power is disconnected during installation and follow safety procedures when working with mains voltage.

Recommendations

Use the controller with actuators rated for 230 V operation and within the actuator’s specified current draw. For multi-zone systems or where proportional control is required, consider pairing this on/off controller with compatible thermostats and system-level controllers. Regularly inspect wiring and mounting for secure connections and compliance with installation standards.
