Izolačná hadica na káble HellermannTyton 162-20100, čierna, 1 m, jednotlivo

HellermannTyton 162-20100 is a black cable insulation sleeve, supplied as a single piece with a length of 1 m. It is designed to provide mechanical protection and electrical insulation for individual cables and wire harnesses, enabling routing, bundling and repair tasks in electrical installations, automotive and industrial environments.

Advantages

The sleeve offers heavy-walled construction and robust mechanical protection to guard cables against abrasion and external mechanical stress. Its material properties provide good resistance to oils and other common contaminants, making it suitable for demanding environments. Supplied as a single 1 m piece, it can be cut to length for on-site customization and repair, facilitating flexible installation and maintenance.

Suitable for

• Routing and bundling cables in electrical installations
• Automotive wiring protection and repairs
• Industrial machinery and plant cable protection
• Areas with elevated abrasion or oil exposure

Key specifications

• Color: black
• Length: 1 m (single piece)
• Construction: heavy-walled insulation sleeve
• Primary functions: mechanical protection and electrical insulation
• Resistance properties: abrasion resistant, good resistance to oils

How to use

Cut the 1 m sleeve to the required length using appropriate cutting tools. Slide the sleeve over individual cables or cable bundles to provide mechanical protection and insulation. For repairs, position the sleeve to cover the damaged section and secure the ends with suitable clamps, tape or heat-shrink where additional sealing or strain relief is required. Ensure that the sleeve is compatible with the operating temperature and environmental conditions of the installation.

Recommendations

Use the sleeve in combination with appropriate fastening methods and, where necessary, supplementary sealing to maintain insulation and strain relief. Inspect installed sleeves periodically for wear in high-abrasion or oil-exposed areas and replace if signs of degradation are observed.
