K2 Systems Home K2 2004596 MiniRail 60 set - 600 mm hliníková solárna montážna lišta pre trapézové strechy

Engineered from EN AW-6063 T66 aluminium, the K2 Systems Home K2 2004596 MiniRail 60 Set delivers a high-strength, corrosion-resistant foundation for solar modules on trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. Its self-drilling stainless steel screws and EPDM sealing washers ensure a watertight, durable attachment without pre-drilling, while the TÜV Rheinland certification guarantees compliance with stringent safety and quality standards.

Overview

The MiniRail 60 Set is a complete mounting rail solution designed for direct installation onto trapezoidal sheet metal roofs. The set includes two aluminium rails, each 600 mm long, along with two self-drilling stainless steel screws with EPDM sealing washers. The rails are compatible with all K2 Systems mounting components, allowing flexible module orientation in portrait or landscape. Suitable for roof pitches between 5 and 45 degrees, the system supports wind loads up to 2.4 kN/m² and snow loads up to 5.4 kN/m² when properly configured.

What stands out

• High-grade aluminium construction (EN AW-6063 T66) for excellent strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance.
• Self-drilling screws with EPDM washers create a watertight seal, eliminating the need for pre-drilling and reducing installation time.
• TÜV Rheinland certified for reliability and safety in photovoltaic mounting applications.
• Versatile compatibility with K2 Systems clamps and accessories, accommodating module frame heights from 30 to 50 mm.
• Compact 600 mm rail length ideal for trapezoidal sheet metal roofs.
