K2 Systems Vario 2 strešný hák pre šikmé škridlicové strechy – nerezová oceľ, nastaviteľný 120-155 mm, model 1000107

On a pitched tiled roof, uneven rafters can turn a straightforward solar installation into a time-consuming alignment battle. The K2 Systems Vario 2 roof hook (model 1000107) steps in with a robust stainless steel build and three independent adjustments, letting installers achieve a precise, secure mount for both residential and commercial PV arrays without compromise.

Key specifications

• Material: Stainless steel, offering excellent corrosion resistance for long-term outdoor use.
• Adjustability: Three independent adjustments – overall height (120–155 mm), hook height (40–75 mm), and base plate height (80–100 mm) – allow precise alignment on uneven rafters.
• Base plate dimensions: 140 x 55 mm, with two fastening holes for secure rafter connection.
• Hook dimensions: 30 x 8 mm, providing a robust grip on the roof batten.
• Compatibility: Designed for K2 Systems SolidRail and CrossRail mounting rails, ensuring seamless integration into K2 mounting systems.
• Certification: Structurally tested for high load capacity and safety.

Why choose it

The Vario 2 roof hook stands out for its versatility and build quality. Unlike fixed hooks, its three-way adjustability compensates for rafter irregularities, reducing installation time and ensuring a flush, professional finish. The stainless steel construction eliminates the need for additional anti-corrosion coatings, even in coastal or high-humidity environments. Installers appreciate the reliable grip and the ability to fine-tune each hook for a perfect fit.

Ideal use cases

• Residential pitched roof solar installations on tiled roofs, including plain tiles and pantiles.
• Commercial PV arrays where rafter alignment may vary and precision mounting is critical.
• Projects in coastal or high-humidity areas requiring superior corrosion resistance.
• Installations using K2 Systems SolidRail or CrossRail mounting rails for a streamlined system.
