Kábel z optických vlákien METZ CONNECT 151P3JOJO50E LC I-V(ZN) H 5 m žltý

The METZ CONNECT 151P3JOJO50E LC I-V(ZN) H 5 m Yellow is a single-mode fibre optic patch cable with LC connectors on both ends. Designed for full-duplex optical links, this 5 m cable has a 9 µm core and complies with the G.657.A2 bending-loss specification, enabling reliable high-speed data transmission with reduced attenuation in typical network and telecom installations. The yellow jacket provides clear visual identification in cable runs and rack environments.

Advantages

This fibre optic cable delivers low insertion loss and consistent optical performance across connections thanks to precision LC terminations and single-mode 9 µm core geometry. Compliance with G.657.A2 ensures improved bend tolerance compared with standard single-mode fibres, which helps maintain signal integrity in confined routing spaces. The 5 m length balances reach and manageability for patching between panels, switches, and active equipment.

Suitable for

• Data centre patching between optical distribution frames and switches
• Telecommunication links requiring single-mode full-duplex connections
• Internal building backbone and horizontal fibre connections
• Environments where clear cable identification is required

Key specifications

• Length: 5 m
• Cable type: I-V(ZN) H (indoor/outdoor rated jacket)
• Connector type: LC to LC
• Fibre mode: single-mode
• Core diameter: 9 µm
• Fibre standard: G.657.A2 (bend-insensitive)
• Color: Yellow
• Full-duplex: yes

How to use

Install the cable by aligning LC connectors with the device receptacles and inserting until the latch engages. Use separate transmit and receive ports for full-duplex operation, observing correct polarity. Route the cable to avoid sharp bends and excessive tension; follow recommended bend radii for G.657.A2 fibres. For permanent installations, secure the cable with appropriate clips or Velcro ties, leaving some service loop for maintenance. Verify optical continuity and link performance after installation using appropriate test equipment.

Recommendations

For best long-term performance, avoid tight bends and repeated flexing; keep connectors capped when not in use and clean connector end-faces before mating. Use the 5 m length for patching within racks or between adjacent equipment to minimize excess slack and maintain neat cable management.
