Káblová páska FISCHER 69377 — nylon čierna, dĺžka 810 mm, šírka 8,8 mm, balenie 100 ks

FISCHER 69377 is a pack of 100 black nylon cable ties, each measuring 810 mm in length and 8.8 mm in width. These cable ties are manufactured from high-quality, UV-stabilised nylon suitable for bundling and fastening electrical cables, conduits and insulation pipes in indoor and sheltered outdoor environments. The ties are designed to latch securely through a toothed head to form a permanent fastened loop and perform reliably within a temperature range from -10 °C to 85 °C.

Advantages

The long-lasting nylon material is halogen- and silicone-free, offering chemical resistance and mechanical durability. UV stabilisation reduces degradation from sunlight exposure, making the black ties suitable for sheltered outdoor use. The simple insertion-and-latch fastening mechanism enables quick, repeatable installation without special tools.

Suitable for

• Bundling and routing electrical cables and network wiring
• Fastening plastic insulation pipes and small conduits
• General cable management in server rooms, distribution panels and industrial installations
• Temporary or permanent securing of components in sheltered outdoor locations

Key specifications

• Material: UV-stabilised nylon (halogen- and silicone-free)
• Colour: Black
• Length: 810 mm
• Width: 8.8 mm
• Pack size: 100 pieces
• Operating temperature range: -10 °C to 85 °C
• Closure type: Ratchet-toothed head for permanent fastening

How to use

Place the cable tie around the bundle or object to be secured and thread the free end through the head until the desired tightness is reached. Pull the strip firmly to seat the latching tab into the teeth for a secure permanent hold. For a neater finish, trim the excess tail close to the head using cutting pliers. Use appropriate tension to avoid damaging cables or conduit during tightening.

Recommendations

For electrical installations, avoid over-tightening to prevent conductor insulation damage. Use the 810 mm length for larger bundles or multiple cables and choose a shorter tie if less length is required. Store ties away from direct, prolonged sunlight when not installed to prolong shelf life despite UV stabilisation.
