Káblová priechodka ACT RJ45 čierna priechodka pre 6,5 mm kábel

The ACT RJ45 black boot for 6.5 mm cable is a protective cover designed to fit over standard RJ45 plug housings and strain relief areas. Made to accommodate cables with an outer diameter of approximately 6.5 mm, this boot helps prevent cable bending at the connector, reduces strain on the plug termination and provides a finished, professional appearance. The product is supplied in a pack of 25 pieces and is compliant with CE and RoHS standards.

Advantages

The boot offers mechanical protection for the RJ45 connector and cable junction, limiting stress from bending and pulling while helping to reduce accidental cable disconnection. Its black color gives a uniform look for cabling installations. Being CE and RoHS compliant ensures the material meets common safety and environmental restrictions. Pack quantity of 25 supports small to medium installation jobs and bulk replacements.

Suitable for

• Ethernet patch cables and network lead assemblies with nominal 6.5 mm outer diameter
• Office and data centre cabling where strain relief and connector protection are required
• Field termination and repair jobs needing multiple boots for consistent appearance

Key specifications

• Colour: Black
• Compatible cable outer diameter: approximately 6.5 mm
• Package quantity: 25 pieces per pack
• Material: flexible insulating polymer (meant for strain relief and protection)
• Standards: CE and RoHS compliance

How to use

Slide the boot over the cable before terminating the RJ45 plug, ensuring the wider end faces the plug. After crimping the RJ45 connector onto the cable, push the boot forward until it fully covers the connector body and the cable jacket meets the boot’s rear collar. Confirm the boot provides snug strain relief and that the connector clip remains accessible if the boot design requires it.

Recommendations

For best results, verify cable outer diameter before installation to ensure proper fit. Use these boots on compatible 6.5 mm cables to maintain cable longevity and reduce connector stress. Keep spare packs on hand for bulk terminations and periodic maintenance in network environments.
