Káblový konektor DeLOCK 65546 3,5 mm strieborný

The DeLOCK 65546 is a silver 3.5 mm stereo wire connector designed for soldering to a cable and use with devices that have a 3.5 mm stereo jack. Constructed from metal for durability, the connector provides reliable audio connectivity and a compact form factor suitable for installations and repairs.

Advantages

The solder-type design allows direct, secure wire connections with clearly defined soldering lands. A screw-open shell simplifies assembly and repair, while a hard bending spring integrated into the housing gives strain relief and protects the cable from damage. The metal construction contributes to longevity and consistent signal transmission.

Suitable for

• Repairing damaged 3.5 mm audio cables
• Custom audio cable assemblies for headphones, speakers, or portable devices
• DIY electronics and audio projects requiring a 3.5 mm stereo plug

Key specifications

• Model: DeLOCK 65546
• Connector size: 3.5 mm stereo
• Colour: Silver
• Type: Solder-type wire connector with screw-open shell
• Material: Metal housing with bending spring for strain relief
• EAN: 4043619655465

How to use

Unscrew and open the stereo plug housing to expose the soldering lands. Prepare the cable by stripping the insulation to expose the conductors, tin the wires if desired, and solder each conductor to the corresponding land according to tip/ring/sleeve wiring. Close the housing and secure it by screwing the shell back together. Ensure the bending spring is positioned to provide strain relief for the cable.

Recommendations

Use appropriate soldering tools, observe correct polarity for left/right channels, and verify solder joints to avoid short circuits. For best results, use a heat-resistant workspace and, if required, test the assembled connector with a multimeter or audio device before regular use.
