Káblový plášť DELOCK 19012 transparentný, dĺžka 20 m, vnútorný priemer 2 mm, vonkajší priemer 4 mm, teplota -40–200 °C

DELOCK 19012 is a transparent braided cable sleeve supplied as a single 20 m length with an inner diameter of 2 mm and an outer diameter of 4 mm. Made from silicone material, the sleeve is designed to protect and bundle wires and cables while providing high flexibility and reliable performance across a wide temperature range from -40 °C to 200 °C. Its transparent appearance allows visual inspection of the contained cables without removal.

Advantages

The silicone construction offers high flexibility and good resistance to heat, cold and ageing, ensuring long-term protection of cable assemblies. The braided structure permits easy expansion when inserting cables and returns to its original shape for a neat finish. Transparency enables quick visual checks of cable routing and condition. The continuous 20 m length allows tailoring to multiple runs without frequent joins.

Suitable for

• Bundling and protecting low-voltage wiring in industrial control cabinets
• Cable management in automotive engine bays and vehicle interiors
• Organising computer, AV and home entertainment wiring
• Temporary or permanent protection of sensor and signal cables in harsh environments

Key specifications

• Length: 20 m (20,000 mm)
• Inner diameter: 2 mm
• Outer diameter: 4 mm
• Material: silicone braided sleeve
• Operating temperature range: -40 °C to 200 °C
• Colour: transparent
• Form: flexible, expandable braid

How to use

Cut the required length from the 20 m roll using suitable scissors. Expand the braided sleeve slightly and insert cables, guiding them through the sleeve; for multiple cables insert them together or feed individual cables sequentially. Trim the ends cleanly and, if needed, secure with heat‑shrink tubing, cable ties or adhesive tape to prevent fraying and to fix the sleeve in place. The sleeve can be reused and repositioned if necessary.

Recommendations

For optimal performance, avoid direct contact with sharp edges; use grommets or protective collars at points where cables pass through metal panels. When used near high-temperature sources, allow clearance or additional heat shielding even though the sleeve is rated to 200 °C. For permanent outdoor exposure, check compatibility with UV and chemical agents before extended use.
