Advantages

The tool combines a compact form factor with robust materials to deliver reliable performance during repeated stripping operations. Its length and hand-operated mechanism give the user control for precise cuts without complex adjustments. The simple design minimizes snagging and allows fast access to the conductor while reducing the risk of damaging the wire. The device is ready to use without additional consumables and requires minimal maintenance.

Suitable for

• Electrical installation and wiring work in residential and commercial environments
• Maintenance and repair tasks in workshops and service vehicles
• DIY electrical projects and hobby electronics requiring precise insulation removal
• Field service operations where a compact, durable hand tool is needed

Key specifications

• Type: Handheld manual wire stripper
• Overall length: 200 mm
• Operation: Hand-operated stripping action for insulation removal
• Construction: Durable metal and/or reinforced components for regular use
• Grip: Ergonomic profile for controlled handling
• Use: Designed for cutting and stripping insulation from electrical cables of varying diameters

How to use

Position the cable in the stripper jaws at the required strip length, clamp the tool around the insulation, and apply firm, steady pressure while rotating or pulling the tool as appropriate to the design. Ensure the blade or cutting edge makes contact with the insulation without exerting excessive force on the conductor. After the insulation is cut, remove the stripped section to expose the conductor. Inspect the wire for nicks or damage before making electrical connections.

Recommendations

The tool should be used with appropriate personal protective equipment and according to local safety practices. Confirm cable type and approximate conductor diameter before stripping to avoid conductor damage. Store the tool dry and lubricate pivot points occasionally to maintain smooth operation.
